San Pedro, located within the City of Los Angeles, is just a hop, skip and a jump across the bridge from Long Beach. A vintage downtown area is located between San Pedro Bay and the hilltop homes that overlook the ocean. Both residential and commercial areas closer to the water date from the 1920's and earlier.
